Our sourcing division is based in Thessaloniki, Greece, where our head office is also located. Thessaloniki is a major producer of cotton, viscose, and blended jersey fabrics in the Balkan region. We have established partnerships with reputable suppliers, knitters, and dyers for over three decades. Apart from sourcing locally, our office also procures fabrics from Turkey, the Far East, Portugal, Italy and other European countries.
As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, the Unitextiles group ensures that our customers are fully informed about their orders, from the initial sampling request to the shipping date. We have extensively traveled throughout Europe to meet our buyers, visit their stores, and gain a better understanding of their needs and requirements.
Our suppliers operate their manufacturing base in Bulgaria, Albania, and North Macedonia, with their own factories that allow them to provide highly competitive prices and maintain reduced lead times with quick responses. These countries are strategically located near our head office, enabling the possibility of dyeing cloth in the morning and placing it on the cutting table in the afternoon. Additionally, our quality control personnel can reach the factories in less than an hour, ensuring efficient management and utilization of our supply chain.
Our production team is composed of highly skilled individuals with the necessary technical expertise and flexibility to complete any task. They are qualified in jersey and woven production, as well as washing and printing methods.
Ensuring high quality is a top priority throughout all stages of production, including inspection of the cloth, online inspections during sewing and finishing, and even the placement of carton labels.
